As part of a regular service which was booked and carried out all as planned, VWSC changed my spark plugs saying that my Golf Match Edition TSI needed a specific manufacturer of spark plugs for that model. Strange but true!
I have had my Golf for a year and it has never driven so well as since the service and I am grateful for this attention to detail.
The VWSC team are brilliant as far as I am concerned and will keep getting my business.

After 11 years of having my VW Up! serviced by VW main dealers I switched to the VW Service centre for the annual MOT and service. They are busy, so you need to book well in advance. Very professional and far better value for money than a VW dealership. Thank you!

Mum's car developed a micro switch fault on the DSG. My local garage said it would be £1400 job... These guys found a solution and all for £146. Very grateful for there ingenuity. Highly recommend.

Had my Q7 booked in for an Ad Blue Fault, I used the courtesy car they had so brilliant on that front, although my fault wasn’t fixed per say, we managed to agree on an alternative solution to fixing the issue which has now resolved the initial fault. Cannot fault these guys, highly professional and reasonably priced. Would use again. Many thanks. 5 Star garage.

Very great service do recommend to all VW lovers

Car had a check engine light on day of my driving test, came in to see these guys as a last minute resort and they were my saving Grace on not one but two occasions as a different problem occurred later that day for a different fault - may well owe these guys my liscence. Super kind people who even took a moment to cheer me up seeing as I was so stressed. Would highly recommend.

Very good company! They completed a Haldex Service on my Audi S3 previously and took out and cleaned the gauze that Audi themselves wouldn't do! I'd recommend these guys over anyone!

Always really busy, but very helpful too. Can't say anything bad about this place really. Van goes in every year for an mot. Had a few battery changes, electrical checks, services, cam belt replaced.

Had DSG problems on wife’s Beetle - stuck in 1st gear when warmed up! Called & they said come in next day for a check over. Found issue & booked in within a couple of days. Charged exactly what was quoted - excellent service!

Very busy place and sometimes you have to wait to get in because it's busy...which also means it good. So plan ahead. I have always had great work done here on my Audis. They are very helpful and the prices are fair. The guys do tend to go above and beyond to help you get what you need done. I have my MOT and Service done here every year, and anything else that crops up as mine is an older car and needs a bit of TLC. Would recommend if you have an Audi and don't want to pay main dealer prices.
